How to remove dark circles in a week

Now a days having dark circles is really common. Every girl and boy has dark circles due to their bad sleeping habits and hectic routine. Dark circles can be caused because of many reason. They are caused when the blood vessels under the eyes are dilated. The blood vessels are usually dilated when you are restless and you do not take quality of sleep. There are many tips which help us in reducing the dark circles in a week.

Sleep

Have a good quality of sleep every day. Your body needs an average of 7 to 9 hours of sleep every day. Children needs more than this. Your sleep requirements depends on your age and health. If you are a healthy person then 6-7 hours are enough for you.

According to the modern research it is stated that 11pm to 4am is the peak time of sleep. Your body produces some harmones which can make you look beautiful. These harmones has a relation with your beauty. This can also reduce your dark circles.

Potato juice

Potato juice can be really helpful in removing the ark circles. Apply potato juice o rub a slice of raw potato under your eyes.

Tomato

Wash your face with cold water and then apply tomato juice with few drops of lemon juice under your eyes. Sit for 10 minutes and then wash your face.

Turmeric

Turmeric powder is a bleach agent. It removes the dark circles and spots from the face. Add honey in some turmeric powder and apply under your eyes.

Tea bags

Tea bags help you reduce dark circles and puffiness under the eyes. Put the tea bags on your eyes before going to sleep on the regular basis.
