Losing weight is really necessary for us now a days. If you want to get rid of joint and muscular pain then you should start considering to work on yourself and lose weight and who does not want to look beautiful, charming and presentable.

A healthy and fit person looks good whatever he wears. Nobody likes being fat and has curves. Everyone wants to be in shape but how? That is the most difficult thing for us now a days. We people love to eat food. Everyone wants to enjoy the blessings of God and eat everything. It is not necessary that you follow a strict diet plan to be in shape. Your environment living lifestyle and habbits also plays a vital role to lose your weight.

Do not reduce your meal. Infact have protein at every meal and snack. If you eat protein this will make you feel full longer and you are less likely to overeat.

Exercise

Exercise is really important for your body. It is as necessary as the fuel is important for the car. It keeps you in shape and make your body flexible and you remain fresh all day. If you want to lose weight then start doing different exercise. Do running, jogging and skipping as much as you can. Do yoga and aerobics every morning for weight loss.

Life style habbit

Avoid eating infront of Tv. When you eat while watching Tv you do not know that how much you already ate.

Eat slowly

You should eat slowly if you want to lose weight without dieting. When you eat fastly you tend to eat more.

Drink water

If you want to lose weight without dieting then always drink water before your meal. In this way you will not be able to eat a lot as you will feel full before eating your meal.
