Beauty Tips For Glowing Skin

Every woman has a dream to look pretty, gorgeous and different from others. They can easily spend hundred of dollars on their clothes, shoes and make up products just to win this race.  But many of us do not even realize that just by wearing expensive clothes or applying dozen of makeup products on our face we can never look good. Your beauty has nothing  to do with your outfit or accessories . Your face, health and the  glow of your skin actually defines your beauty.

Glow and health of your skin does not refer to the complexion of your body.Now a days everyone wants a fair complexion. People think that the one with the dark complexion can never look good and is not admired by everyone. Just to look fair they are undergoing  through different skin treatments or even plastic surgeries. But now it is really a high-time to open up our minds and think the other way.

Everyone can look good even if he/she has a fair or dark complexion.  What if you have a fair complexion but has a rough, dull and spotty skin? In order to feel good and look confident one should be satisfied by his skin. Skin is the largest organ of the body which has direct contact with the sun rays and dirt present in the atmosphere. 60% of our males and females do not even know how to take care of their skin. Applying  sun block just to protect your skin from dangerous warm rays is never enough for your skin. You should adopt a healthy life style.

  • Eat healthy


Spend money on eating good and healthy fruits and vegetables rather than applying  different skin products on your face which can affect your skin badly later on. The more you eat and drink healthy the more your skin will glow. Make use of tomatoes, carrots, green vegetables and fruits of every season in your diet. Avoid the excessive use of apples as it contains  high amount of iron and it can cause bad affects on your skin. Drink orange, carrot and lemon juice more often. Keep yourself hydrated by drinking water at regular intervals.



  • Lemon


Lemons are antibacterial and they help you lighten up your skin and fight against Acne. Take one lemon juice and mix it with few drops of water. Apply it on your skin for 10 minutes and then wash your face. Repeat this twice a week.



  • Turmeric


It is a rhizomatous herbaceous perennial plant which helps you in removing the dark spots from the skin and makes the skin look younger and brighter.

Take half table spoon turmeric powder, add one table spoon honey and few drops of milk in it. Mix it. Apply this paste on your skin. This tip will definetly make your skin glow.



  • Tomato/Potato juice


Applying tomato and potato juice can also make your skin healthy. As tomatoes cure large pores, rashes and sun burn where as potatoes reduce swelling and moisturize your skin. Potato juice applied under eyes can help reduce the dark circles.



  • Quality of sleep


Sleep has much to do with your beauty. When you sleep your body gets much relaxed and it generates harmones which has a direct connection with your beauty. Avoid staying awake late at night. This can not only affect your skin but your brain and body too.
